(5-28-24) Nathan Perry (18) of Rockford was indicted on May 16th by a Mercer County Grand Jury on 42 2nd degree felony charges of pandering obsenity and sexually oriented material involving a minor or impaired person.

The alleged incidents occurred between March 2nd-April 16th of this year.

A summons was served to Perry on May 22nd for him to appear in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on Thursday June 13th at 9 am for his initial appearance and arraignment.

According to the Mercer County Adult Detention Center roster of inmates…Perry has not been booked or is in custody at this time.
