(5-15-24) Dennis Fuge (66) of Spencerville, was indicted this week by a Logan County Grand Jury on single counts each of gross sexual imposition and attempted sexual battery, both charges are fourth-degree felonies.

Fuge will be arraigned in Bellefontaine on May 23.
Fuge is the former superintendent of Spencerville Local Schools. He retired from that position in 2019, and is now a substitute teacher for that school district.
The incident reportedly occurred March 16 at Fuge’s RV in Logan’s Landing in Lakeview.
