(5-10-24) Leslie Sigmond (49) was arrested on a 3rd degree felony charge of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor _ advertise, sell, distribute material.
The incident took place on or around April 15th
Sigmond is presently being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center and awaiting a Common Pleas Court Hearing. The State’s bond request is for $200,000 bond, ordered to stay away at least a 1,000 feet from victim and not to be on any Celina Schools property.
A motion by the State to seal the affidavit was approved.
