(5-7-24) David Swain (34) of Celina faces a 5th degree felony charge of possession of methamphetamine after a traffic stop conducted by the Celina Police Department on May 2nd.
Swain is presently in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center and is being held on a $50,000 cash bond. Swain has a court hearing in Common Pleas Court on May 10th at 9:30am.
