(4-22-24) Two Coldwater residents were indicted recently on separate felony charges.

Thomas Sparklin (39) Coldwater has been indicted on a 3rd degree felony of Making Terrorist Threats and a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of Inducing panic. The incident took place on April 8th.

Sparklin is presently in custody at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond and his initial Common Pleas Court Hearing is scheduled for this afternoon at 1pm.

Pamela King (31) of Coldwater was indicted on a 5th degree felony of Identity Fraud that took place around April 6th.
