(4-20-24) Konner Dunklee (26) Lima was charged with aggravated murder, murder, and attempted murder in Putnam County Municipal Court Friday morning. Dunklee’s bond was set at 1 million dollars. His case will be presented to a Putnam County grand jury in the future for possible additional charges.
