(4-9-24) Caleb Smith (22) of Rossburg is facing a 3rd degree felony charge of Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer stemming from a fight that happened on Saturday in Coldwater this past weekend.
He was also charge with three misdemeanor charges…two DUI (alcohol and drugs) Charges and one charge of Reckless Operation.
Smith is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on a $50,000 (10%) bond pending a Mercer County Common Pleas Court at 1pm on Friday.
