(4-6-24) John Russell (49) Celina will appear in a pre-trial hearing in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on multiple charges on his birthday April 10th at 9 am.
Russell was indicted on March 21st on five charges including Felonious Assault, Domestic Violence, Abduction and Possessing Criminal tools…all felony charges. He was also charged with Resisting Arrest a misdemeanor.
The incident in question took place on February 22nd at an East Anthony Street address.
He is currently be held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $150,000 (10%) bond.
