(4-3-24) Lati Gideon (38) of Rockford has been charged with strangulation, substantial risk of physical harm (3rd degree felony) and domestic violence, knowingly causing physical harm (1st degree misdemeanor) in connection with an incident with his girlfriend that took place in Rockford on March 29th.
After his initial hearing on April 1st at the Mercer County Common Pleas Court on Monday his preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 8th at 9am.
He is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $100,000 (10%) bond.
