Union City, April 1, 2024 – The Union City Police Department announces the arrest of James S. Bush III today on charges of Strangulation and drug possession.
James S. Bush III was taken into custody earlier today pursuant to an active warrant for Strangulation. During the arrest, it was discovered that Bush was in possession of cocaine and methamphetamine. Bush, who is currently on pre-trial services following his release on bond for charges of Possession of Drugs and Possessing a Firearm Under Disability, now faces additional charges related to drug possession.
Bush was placed into the custody of the on-duty jail staff at the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.
