(3-28-24) Yesterday in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court Judge Martin Burchfield…Jeremy Cole (33) of Celina, entered a not guilty plea to having weapons while under disability, a third degree felony; tampering with evidence, a third degree felony, and possession of a fentanyl-related substance, a felony of the fifth degree.
He was released on a surety bond and a pre-trial conference was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. April 10.

He was booked on charges and transferred to the Van Wert County Jail on March 22nd.

Cole reached a plea agreement on February 27th and is scheduled to appear in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on April 3rd at 10:30 am for sentencing on charges from Mercer County in an August 2023 incident.
