(3-22-24) In a plea agreement Dusty Krogman (38) of Mendon pleaded guilty on March 20th to twenty 2nd degree felony charges in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
The incidents happened around August 22nd of 2023, Krogman was indicted on September 21st.
The plea agreement involved Krogman pleading guilty to 10 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person and 10 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor or impaired person….numerous other similar counts were dismissed.
Part of the agreement required a written pre-sentence Investigation and assigned the matter for Sex Offender Registration Hearing and sentencing on Wednesday, May 8th at 2:30 PM.
Krogman remains out on bail.
