(3-19-24) The Minster Police Department has appointed Bryan Koesters to Sergeant of the Department.

Koesters is a 12 year veteran in law enforcement and holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Wright State University. Among other advanced coursework, Sgt. Koesters was recognized in 2022 for placing 2nd on the Evidence Technician Training Course (exam) by the Miami Valley Crime Lab.
