(2-25-24) Douglas Fickert (59) Celina was arrested on Friday by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office and charged with 10 felony 3 counts of gross sexual imposition with a victim under 13 years of age.

Fickert is being held, with no bond, at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center waiting for a Common Pleas Court hearing.
