(2-22-24) Joshua Pohl (28) of Fort Recovery has pleaded not guilty in Mercer County Common Pleas Court to felony charges of strangulation and felonious assault in an attack of his 63 year old mother in late January.
Pohl is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond, his next Mercer County Common Pleas Court appearance is scheduled on March 22nd at 9:30am..
