(2-22-24) Ryan Jenkins (21) Celina is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center after being arrested this morning on several charges related to domestic violence.
Jenkins is scheduled to appear in Celina Municipal Court tomorrow at 10:30am to be be arraigned.
