(2-22-24) Timothy J Miller (19) of Mendon was arrested by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office yesterday on six 4th Degree Felony counts of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a minor. The complaint (see below) is from alleged incidents that took place at various times this month with a 15 year old female. The complaint also states Miller was at least 4 years older than the person he engaged with in sexual conduct. Miller is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with $150,000 (10%) bond pending an initial appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court tomorrow (2-23-24) at 1pm.
