(2-8-24) The retreats are youth-led by students from the Mercer County Youth to Youth (Y2Y) group and adult-guided. Y2Y helps to promote Youth to Youth’s mission – youth empowering youth – and educating their peers on the dangers of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs, along with mental health and suicide awareness while focusing on positive activities and skills instead. The purpose of this retreat is to equip students with skills to be a better leader and positive role model in their schools and communities. The retreats will consist of team building through escape rooms, how to sessions, and much more!
This year’s theme is Dinosaurs: Make Drugs Extinct!
