Ian Cahill

(2-5-24) Ian Cahill (23) of Celina was arrested by Celina Police on Friday afternoon at the Mercer Savings Bank on West Market Street.

Cahill is accused of running, yelling and screaming at bank employees while having a fake handgun visibly tucked into his waste-band, yelling and continued screaming at passing cars and bank employees while making finger gun signs. Cahill reached behind his back to throw a fake handgun away after officers told him to stop.

Cahill faces misdemeanor charges of inducing panic, aggravated menacing and obstructing official business.

Cahill is being held on a $50,000 bond (10%) in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center pending his next Celina Municipal Court appearance on February 14th at 10am.
