(2-5-24) Ryan Billenstein of Coldwater was granted Judicial Release on January 30th and was released on Friday, February 2nd. Billenstein had served 11 of his 13 year prison term for aggravated vehicular homicide.
He was instructed to report to the Mercer County Adult Probation Department immediately after his release.
