(1-29-24) A maintenance shop owned by Dave Adams located at 6185 Erastus Durbin Road was destroyed by fire on Friday evening around 5:52[m.

No one was injured but the shop was severely damaged and considered a complete loss.

It took around 25 firefighters and six fire trucks from the Southwest Mercer and Coldwater Fire Departments about an hour to get the fire under control.

The cause of the fire was believed to have been caused by unattended equipment in the workshop, Foul play is not suspected.
