(1-26-24) A Hardin County Grand Jury returned several charges, including involuntary manslaughter, against Sarah M. Lease (39) Kenton…she was also indicted on two counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and corrupting another with drugs.
Documents in Hardin County Common Pleas Court allege that Lease sold or offered to sell the drug that caused the death of Sydney Rowe.
Rowe (28) died in her home in Alger on October 5, 2023.
Lease is scheduled to be arraigned on February 1st in Common Pleas Court.
