(1-22-24) Joshua Wills (35) of Celina was indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on a fourth degree felony charge of domestic violence, knowingly cause physical harm, the incident took place on January 12th.
Wills is being held on $150,000 cash bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center. He is scheduled to appear in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on January 24th at 11 am.
According to the complaint filed in court Willis was charged with domestic battery in Adams County (Indiana) in 2010.
Willis was apprehended by Lima City Police on January 20th and was was transferred to Mercer County on the same day.
