* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of one
  tenth to two tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west
  central Ohio.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to noon EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing rain will be possible with air
  temperatures above freezing due to cold ground.
