(1-17-24) VFW Post 5713 generously donated $10,000 to the Celina Choir Boosters. This money will be used to purchase choir robes to be worn by the various choirs in Celina City School’s Choral Department.
Celina’s Choral Department is under the direction of Mr. Joel Trisel, who is in his 11th year with Celina Schools. Trisel teaches and directs all of the 7th-12th grade choirs, directs the High School Spring Musical, and is an adjunct College Credit Plus (CCP) professor at Wright State University-Lake Campus.
The Department performs various times throughout the year, including at Christmas and in the Spring. We are very grateful for this generous donation and the support of the Arts from our community.
