(1-16-24) Kelsey Stammen (19) of Celina was arrested on Saturday on a 1st degree misdemeanor charges of domestic violence and a 2nd degree misdemeanor of resisting arrest.
,Stammen is accused of striking a victim in the face at 610 West Logan Street in Celina and pulling her to the ground on Saturday (1-13-24) evening. Stammen refused to put down her 2-month old baby after being told she was under arrest by officers and refusing to allow officers to place her in handcuffs.
Stammen was released on bond yesterday pending a Celina Municipal Court appearance on February 21st at 2:15pm.
