(1–6-24) On December 28th Benjamin King filed a civil appeal to the Mercer County Common Pleas Court. King wants to overturn the Mercer County Board of Elections to revoke his voter registration.

The defendants in the case include Thomas Sanford, Mercer County Board of Elections, State of Ohio, Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, Ohio Secretary of State, Ohio Governor and the Ohio Attorney General.

The Board made that decision to revoke King’s registrationon November 28th.
