(1-4-24) Johnathon Harry Lee Grove (43) was arrested today on a 1st degree felony charge of “rape, force threat of“. The incident took place around December 1st, 2022.
No person shall engage in sexual conduct with another when the offender purposely compels the other person to submit by force or threat of force. (B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of rape, a felony of the first degree.
A warrant on December 22nd, 2023 was issued for Grove’s arrest.
Grove is being held without bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center and is awaiting a hearing in the Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
