(12-28-23) Eric Seekings (41) Van Wert was arrested by the Coldwater Police Department after he allegedly harassed his ex-girlfriend who lived in Coldwater by calling and texting her numerous times.
Seekings is on probation for 2 other menacing cases in Kosiuko County, Indiana.
Seekings was first arrested in Van Wert and then was taken to the Van Wert County Jail…later he was relocated to the Mercer County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on a $150,000 bond (10%) pending a Mercer County Common Pleas Court appearance tomorrow.
He is being charged with a 4th degree felony of Menacing by Stalking, knowingly cause to believe physical harm or cause mental distress
