(12-28-23) Carlton Nusbaum (56) Greenville was arrested by Coldwater Police Department on two drug charges…Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (4th degree misdemeanor) and possession of a methamphetamine (5th degree felony).
K9 Franco, and his handler Sergeant Wynk, were called to the scene and assisted in the arrest of Nusbaum.
He is presently being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $50,000 (10%) bond, awaiting a hearing in the Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
