(12-23-23) Stephanie Lawrence (42) of St Marys, who worked at Victorum Learning Center in Celina, was recently sentenced in Celina Municipal Court to 10 days in jail with time suspended on the condition that she has no similar convictions or contact with the victim.
Lawrence was placed on community control sanctions for one year and fined $100 and $243.13 in court costs.
Lawrence received a plea deal and pleaded guilty to the endangering children charge.
Prosecutors dismissed the assault charged as part of a plea agreement.
The incident happened in June of this year. Lawrence was accused of causing or attempting to cause harm to a 3 year old.
