12-18-23) Joshua Heppeard (31) Mendon was arrested on Friday night by the Celina Police.

Heppeard was arrested on Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle (5th degree felony), Criminal Mischief (3rd degree misdemeanor), probation violation (1st degree misdemeanor) and Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs (1st degree misdemeanor).

He is being held without bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility. He is scheduled to appear in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on 12-22-23 at 10 am and in Celina Municipal Court on 1-10-24 at 11:15am.
