(12-18-23) Darrell Bollenbacher (79) of Celina has agreed to a plea bargain with prosecutors in a case involving rape charges stemming from Bollenbacher’s conduct with children under the age of 10. Bollenbacher was arrested in early October after a police investigation.
Boolenbacher will remain the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility until his sentencing.
Plea Agreement
Bollenbacher agreed to plead guilty to felony charges of sexual battery and gross sexual imposition. Bollenbacher will be sentenced in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on January 24th.
Tomorrow (12-19-23 )at 9am Bollenbacher will have a pre-trial hearing in Common Pleas Court in his divorce case from his wife. Divorce papers were filed in late October shortly after Bollenbacher’s arrest.
