(12-17-23) Alivia Davis (25) of Celina was arrested after a warrant was issued for her on 12-11-23 on two misdemeanor counts…criminal mischief, move, deface, tamper, etc. property of another (3rd degree) and vehicle trespass (4th degree). Davis was booked yesterday and is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility on a combined $1,500 (10%) bond awaiting an appearance in Celina Municipal Court.
However…Davis is presently out of jail from an early December incident on another charge, assault (1st degree misdemeanor), and has a pre-trial hearing in Celina Municipal Court on December 19th at 2:45pm.
