(12-8-23) Keri Burrows (33) of St Henry faces charges of aggravated menacing (1st degree misdemeanor) and unlawful restraint (3rd degree misdemeanor) over an incident that occurred at the Reynolds and Reynolds plant on Schunck Road in Celina on November 9th.

Aggravated Menacing: This crime is usually categorized as a first-degree misdemeanor. The possible sentence for Aggravated Menacing includes a maximum jail term of 180 days, a maximum fine of $1000 and a maximum of five years of probation (community control).

Unlawful restraint: This is a third degree misdemeanor, punishable by up to 60 days in jail and up to a $500 fine.

Burrows posted bond yesterday and is scheduled to be arraigned in Celina Municipal Court on December 11th at 1:30pm.
