(12-6-23) The Celina Police Department arrested Clayton Dawes (45) Dayton on multiple felony charges that include forgery, theft and drugs.

He is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility with no bond. His case has gone to the Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
