On Sunday, December 10th, the Celina High School Choral Department, along with members of the community and alumni, are pleased to present our FINAL performance of Handel’s Messiah.
The performance will take place at Grand Lake United Methodist Church, St. Paul’s Campus, in Celina, at 6pmand will feature soloists from the past 30+ years of Messiah performances. David Vantilburg will be the evening’s pianist, with Carol Zimmerman playing organ, under the direction of Joel Trisel, choir director at Celina City Schools with assistance from Cricket Dobmeyer and Ian Kennedy.
Admission is free and open to the public – all are welcome to join us for this one last beloved community tradition, which has been celebrated annually in Celina for over 30 years.
If you still plan to join the chorus, you must attend rehearsal on Sunday, 12/3 at 4:30pm in the CHS Lecture Hall.
