(11-21-23) The Celina Police Department and the Grand Lake Law Enforcement Association would like to express our sincerest thanks to 10 year old Keagan Carder for donating money he raised over the summer to Shop with a Cop. He donated $261.00 he earned selling lemonade in front of the Willow Restaurant.
