(11-16-23) John Eicher (25) Geneva, Indiana was arrested by the Celina Police Department today on 1st degree misdemeanor theft charge.
Eicher is presently in custody at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $2,000 (10%) bond.

It is not the first time Eicher has been arrested in Celina, In April of 2020 he was arrested on 13 charges from an incident that took place at the Mercer County Fairgrounds on March 3rd during the theft of three horses, tack, saddle, race cart, wheels, horse shoes and a horse trailer.
In October of 2022 he was released from supervision.
