(11-14-23) Yesterday the Celina Police Department arrested Paul Brown (49) Greenville on multiple drug and theft charges.
Brown is currently being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility, he is a Mercer County Common Pleas hearing set for November 20th at 2pm. He is being held on cash bond.
Also arrested in the same incident was Tyler Merritt (38) Union City on three charges –
