(11-8-23) The Celina City Schools were celebrating the passing of the 1% renewal levy during yesterday’s election.
Good Morning,
We wish to thank the efforts of the Levy Committee, and all of the supporters of Celina City Schools, in helping to pass the renewal of the 1% earned income tax levy. The passage of this levy will assist Celina City Schools students, as they will continue to receive the quality education which they deserve. Thank you to all of those who showed your support of the Celina City Schools and came out and voted “Yes” for the levy.
We offer congratulations to the new Board members who will begin their service in January 2024. We also thank the Board members who spearheaded our levy campaign efforts. Thanks to those Board members who have served the community and Celina City Schools and will be ending their careers as Board members at the end of the 2023 calendar year.
