(11-4-23) Two Celina men were arrested yesterday on separate charges.

Ellis and Perrine

Zachary Ellis (32) of Celina is presently being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond on Domestic Violenc charge. He will have a hearing on November 6th at 10am in Celina Municipal Court.

Jeremy Perrine (33) of Celina was arrested on a 3rd degree felony on failure to provide change of address. He was convicted of the same charge in October of 2021.He is awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing and is in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond.
