(10-24-23) At 8:16 am yesterday Van Wert County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a property on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township (Bears Den) near Middle Point to investigate a complaint of theft. Two new travel trailers had been parked at the property and both were found to be missing. Both trailers are 2022 Salem Forest River Travel Trailers. Both are 36 foot, gray base color with black and blue graphics.
