(10-21-23) Donald Harden (36) of Celina was arrested yesterday by the Celina Police Department and booked in Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
Harden was booked on two 4th degree felonies, theft without consent and grand theft of a motor vehicle.
In Ohio…grand theft of a motor vehicle, a felony of the fourth degree which can be punishable by a fine of no more than $5000 and a prison term ranging from 6 months to 18 months.
Knowingly obtaining or exerting control over property or services that is valued at $1000 or more, but less than $7500: Without the consent of the owner (or authorized person); Beyond the scope of an owner’s consent; or. By threat, intimidation or deception.
He is being held without bond and is awaiting a hearing in the Mercer County Common Please Court.
