
(10-19-23) Richard Kellermeyer (46) of St Marys was arrested yesterday by Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies on a first degree misdemeanor charge of aggravated menacing.
An Aggravated Menacing case is usually categorized as a misdemeanor of the first degree. The potential sentence involves a jail term up to 180 days, a fine up to $1,000, and up to five years of probation (community control).
Kellermeyer is accused of pointing a firearm at a tow truck operator and telling him to unhook it from his truck or he was going to shoot him.

Kellermeyer was taken to the Mercer County Adult Detention Center where he posted bond and was released prior to making his initial court appearance on Friday at 9am in Celina Municipal Court.
