(10-19-23) Adam Oszakiewski (41) was arrested today for allegedly exposing himself to a young boy in a restroom at the Glenbrook Mall.
Oszakiewski is the general manager of Champion Homes in Decatur.
On Tuesday a report of a man fondling himself in front of a 10-year-old boy in a restroom at the mall who was identified as Oszakiewski who is an Allen County resident.
He has been charged with vicarious sexual gratification and is listed as a sex offender in the Allen County Sheriff’s Sex Offender registry. He was convicted of Sexual Exploitation of a Child in Kansas in December of 2007.
