(10-18-23) Desere Cherry (28) Celina was arrested by the Celina Police Department and was booked on three separate charges:
- contempt of court (4h degree felony)
- menacing by stalking (1st degree misdemeanor)
- theft without consent (1st degree misdemeanor).
The two misdemeanor incidents took place on separate days, October 9th and 12th.
Cherry is waiting for her arraignment in Celina Municipal Court scheduled today for 1pm. She is presently in custody in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center. Her bond was revoked on her contempt of court charge.
