(10-17-23) James Mihm (49) Rockford was arrested by the Rockford Police Department yesterday for an incident that took place on October 12th.
Mihm is being charges on a domestic violence/knowingly cause physical harm charge a 1st degree misdemeanor.
Mihm is presently be held with no bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center. He is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow in Celina Municipal Court at 1pm.
