(10-7-23) In Adams County first responders found two cars crashed at the intersection of SR 124 and County Road 200 East around 4:24 p.m. Saturday.

Dean L. Ulrey, driving a Chrysler Town and Country, turned from SR 124 to 200 E, cutting in front of a car driven Kim P. Graham of Bluffton, Indiana in a GMC Sierra traveling east on SR 124.

The two cars crashed, pushing the Sierra off the road, where it flipped. The Adams County Sheriff’s Office said evidence suggested that Graham’s truck left the road and overturned.

The driver of the Sierra, Graham, died at the scene. Medics took his passenger to a Fort Wayne hospital.

Ulrey, the driver of the van, reported no injuries, but his passenger,Sandra J. Ulrey, was transported to a Fort Wayne hospital.
