(10-5-23) Celina Police arrested Darrell Bollenbacher (79) of Celina yesterday on a 1st degree felony charge of rape.

Bollenbacher is being held without bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center pending his appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
